Service description

GKE provides school transportation services including scheduled pickups and drop-offs, trip tracking, payments, and driver assignment. Availability depends on drivers and operational hours.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Child information and safety

You must keep child details, locations, and schedules accurate. Report absences and changes promptly through the app.

Payments

Wallet top-ups and trip charges are processed through our payment partners. Review transactions regularly; refund requests may be subject to stated windows.

Conduct

• No unlawful or abusive use of the platform
• No false information or credential sharing
• No interference with safety or payment systems

Limitation of liability

Services are provided as-is. We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or events outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated in-app or by email where appropriate.
