Delete your account

You can request deletion of your GKE account and associated personal data as described below. Some information may be retained where the law requires (for example billing records).

In the app

  1. Open the GKE app and sign in.
  2. Go to Account or Profile settings.
  3. If your app version includes "Close account" or "Delete account", follow the prompts to confirm.
  4. If that option is not shown, use the email option below—we will verify ownership and process your request.

By email

Send a request from the email associated with your account to gke.eugene1@gmail.com with the subject line "Account deletion request". Include your registered phone number (+233 53 385 8034) so we can verify your identity.

What we delete

After verification, we delete or anonymize personal data tied to your account, subject to legal retention needs (e.g. invoices, fraud prevention). Some aggregated or de-identified data may be retained.

Timing

We aim to complete requests within 30 days. You will receive confirmation by email when processing is finished.
